Shipping & Refunds

Payments and Shipping


Payments are processed using a Visa, Mastercard, Amex, etc... or through PayPal, but you don't need a PayPal account to make your purchase. The payment is processed immediately and you should receive an email saying you have placed an order. If you don't hear from me personally within 24 hours of receiving your payment, shoot me an email at feeling-loved@outlook.com During non-peak times, orders are processed, hammered, assembled and completed within 24 hours of receiving your payment. Your order will be shipped via USPS Priority mail, which has a 1-3 business day shipping time. A good rule of thumb is to factor 1 week of time into your order from start to finish. During peak times, like Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day, and Christmas, please plan two - three weeks in advance.




Do you retain my credit card information?


Your online payment through this site, or through a custom quote I email you, is safe and secure. I don't see your payment details; only your order details. Your payment will go directly to my PayPal account. This means your online payment only processes one time, and I have no record of your credit card number or the like. Your privacy is important to me. I will not spam, sell, or share your information with anyone.




How can I get a refund on my order?


Here is how the process works: Whether you purchase directly from the store, or if I send you a quote with all of the details we've discussed; You check ALL of the details with a fine tooth comb; check the spelling, grammar, dates, and details of your order. I will use this quote and order as the template when creating your items. If you choose to purchase these items, I will assume you have gone over the details AND SHIPPING DESTINATION, and everything is perfect with it. This is my green light to go ahead with your order. Should your order be different than what is on the quote, I will happily correct MY errors free of charge. However, if your errors are the issue, I will not be able to refund you. If you have placed your order entirely online, without my aid or invoice, then you have approved your own design, spelling, text, dates, charms, shipping address, etc. In these cases of approved design, "personalized items that have approved design and text cannot be returned for refund". You will be responsible for replacement of any items that are incorrect due to your error, or anything shipped to the wrong address. Should your order be returned to me due to incorrect shipping address, you will be responsible for the cost of the new shipping label. If there error is mine, I will fully replace your item at my cost. Lastly, please remember that these items are made by hand, one letter at a time, and are not machined items. There will be some variation from item to item. I will do my very best to make your order as perfect as I can, but it will not be to the level a machine can make.
Your quote will be good for 30 days, unless the quote was sent during a sale period. Sales are only good for the time specified, and your quote will be canceled after the expiration date given, or 30 days, whichever is applicable. Count on me to work with you on your perfect pieces of love. And count on me to make it right.

How do I place an order?


There are two ways to place an order: 1. In the Shop! Click to select the items you'd like to order, add them to your cart, and use the text spaces to tell me the details of your order. You can also leave me more detailed notes on the Shopping Cart page of your order! 2. You can message me for a personalized quote. I can type up the details of your order and email you a quote that you can pay safely and securely online.




For whom are these items intended?


These items are intended for people of 5+ years of age. Never give a child under 5 years old anything that they can choke on, anything with moving parts, or anything that can be yanked, pulled off, or dangles, as they may put these items in their mouth and choke. {FeelingLoved} Jewelry is not responsible for the safety of your little ones.




Can I get a song lyric or movie quote?


Song lyrics & Movie Quotes (and some popular terms) are copyrighted. I CAN make you something with these copyrighted ideas, I just can't advertise my items with any of this info in the title of my listings. Let me know what your request is, and I'll hammer it out for you!

Care For My Items

How do I take care of my items?


I know you love your purchase! I'm so happy you do! To extend the life of your treasures, please refrain from wearing them in water, to bed, doing yard work, or anything else that is so rigorous that it may cause your items to become damaged or less effective. To clean them, use a super soft and clean cloth to buff them back to life.




I lost my charm.... My chain broke... Now what?


There are no refunds or returns on personalized items. I guarantee my work for 30 days in that you shouldn't lose a charm in that time. All lost charms, or broken chains due to being pulled off or yanked, will be available for purchase in my store at $5 per item. Think about it this way: you can buy a gorgeous vase and have it sitting on your shelf for months, even years. Someone throws a ball in the house and knocks the vase over and it shatters. You can't return the vase, can you? And you wouldn't expect the store to supply you with a new vase because yours broke, right? Thank you for your understanding! :)
