This bangle comes with three items of your choice: a military charm, a heart with two names, and a circle with one name or duty station.
All other duty station location charms are add-ons.

This stainless steel bangle comes with three items of your choice for $25.

You will see the price change as you add more charms and/or stones.

You get ANY THREE ITEMS (mix and match) you want on an adult OR child size adjustable bangle. Just let me know in the comments which three items you want.

THIS IS IMPORTANT : NAMES and BIRTHSTONES are TWO SEPARATE ITEMS. So, if you wanted a name, birthstones, and charm, those are THREE items. If you have 5 kids and you want 5 names and 5 stones, that is TEN items. Please plan accordingly! :)

Stones are round or bicone-shaped Swarovski crystals. There are 12 months available, just tell me the month you need.

Each name plate is one item. Each birthstone is one item. Each charm is one item. :)

All text will be in black.

The actual bangle metal is stainless steel. It is adjustable in that you squeeze the wrapped ends toward each other for the bangle to open. Put your hand through the now enlarged hole. Then push the wrapped ends back apart to tighten the bangle. All charms and stones are lead-free and nickle-free.

You can either put in the notes section HERE what three items you want on your bangle, OR you can select the charms/stones listing (no charge) and tell me what you want from there. Either way, I need to know what items you want for as many items as you order on your bangle!!

SHIPPING IS USPS PRIORITY MAIL FLAT RATE SHIPPING. Your order will be insured and tracked.
Payment and Shipping

Payments are processed using a Visa, Mastercard, Amex, etc... or through PayPal, but you don't need a PayPal account to make your purchase. The payment is processed immediately and you should receive an email saying you have placed an order. If you don't hear from me personally within 24 hours of receiving your payment, shoot me an email at feeling-loved@outlook.com

During non-peak times, orders are processed, hammered, assembled and completed within 24 hours of receiving your payment. Your order will be shipped via USPS Priority mail, which has a 1-3 business day shipping time. A good rule of thumb is to factor 1 week of time into your order from start to finish.

During peak times, like Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day, and Christmas, please plan two - three weeks in advance.
Returns & Refunds

Hopefully you feel loved and thrilled with your purchase!

Here is how the process works:

If you need me to send you a quote with all of the details we've discussed: You check it with a fine tooth comb; check my spelling, grammar, dates, and details of your order. I will use this quote as the template when creating your items.

If you choose to pay online using my store, or you choose to pay the quote I create for you, I will assume you have gone over the details and everything is perfect with it. This is my green light to go ahead with your order.

Should there be an error with your order: I will happily correct MY errors free of charge. However, if your errors are the issue, I will not be able to refund you. Personalized items that have approved design and text (meaning you have purchased the item through the store and entered the details yourself, or you have verified the quote by making a payment), cannot be returned for refund.

Lastly, please remember that these items are made by hand, one letter at a time, and are not machined items. I will do my very best to make your order as perfect as I can, but it will not be to the level a machine can make.

Your emailed quote will be good for 30 days, unless the quote was sent during a sale period. Sales are only good for the time specified, and your quote will be canceled after the expiration date given, or 30 days, whichever is applicable.

Lost Charms & Broken Chains

There are no refunds or returns on personalized items. I guarantee my work for 30 days in that you shouldn't lose a charm in that time. All lost charms, or broken chains due to being pulled off or yanked, will be available for purchase in my store at $5 per item.

Think about it this way: you can buy a gorgeous vase and have it sitting on your shelf for months, even years. Someone throws a ball in the house and knocks the vase over and it shatters. You can't return the vase, can you? And you wouldn't expect the store to supply you with a new vase because yours broke, right? Thank you for your understanding! :)
